I have a 2011, chamber raised, silver, female gyrfalcon for sale. I got her for a very good price and decided to give her a try. I don't have big open areas with game around here, so I tried to train her to chase from the glove. She did catch one rabbit off the glove, at a little over 1200 grams. The other times she chased them and missed I spend the next hour trying to find her, as she loves to fly. When she misses, she just starts to gain height, but flies wide before circling around, so I lose sight of her, and then the chasing starts. She is very well mannered on the glove and responds well to the lure. She chases and catches released pigeons. She really needs to go to someone who has nice open areas and appropriate game.
