Ornate Hawk-eagle (spizaetus ornatus)
For sale, a breeding tiercel Ornate Hawk-eagle.
This captive-bred (F1) tiercel was a very successful game hawk before pairing up with a female Ornate Hawk-eagle from the World Center for Birds of Prey, Boise, Idaho. Ten years later he has sired and raised (the tiercel does the feeding)almost twenty baby Ornate Hawk-eagles.

You would need to have acceptional circumstances to be able to utilize this bird to his value. If you have a non-imprinted female Ornate Hawk-eagle to pair this tiercel with, you have the potential for a successful breeding pair.
