I have a female aplo that was hand raised from day one and tame hacked with a group of falcons for 3 months. My first preference is to place her in a proven breeding program for the season and then I will take her back. I’m not breeding falcons this year but would like to see her put to good use. She has not laid but was courting and going through the motions her second year. She did not produce last year but I think a late move to a new breeder just didn’t give her time to settle in. I would make the placement for the season in exchange for one progeny back. In the alternative, I would consider selling her. She had phenomenal flying tact and ability after being hacked but was not flown last year at all. I have video of her taken by other falcons in the group that show her 12,000 ft+ up and more than 10 miles from the hack site. She returned each night for 3 months. She has taken game, stoops great to the lure, and was very reliable once in a routine.
